Laser welding machine
 
Use high-energy pulsed laser to achieve welding. The laser power supply first lights the pulsed xenon lamp, and then discharges the pulsed xenon lamp through the laser power supply to form a light wave with a certain frequency and a certain pulse width. The light wave is radiated to the Nd³:YAG laser crystal through the focusing cavity, and the Nd³:YAG laser crystal is stimulated to emit light. After the laser resonant cavity resonates, a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064nm is emitted. After beam expansion, reflection, (or transmission through optical fiber) and focusing, the pulsed laser hits the object to be welded; welding is completed under the control of PLC or industrial PC.
 
A new type of welding method, mainly for the welding of thin-walled materials and precision parts. It can realize spot welding, butt welding, lap welding and sealing welding;
 
Features:
  • High depth ratio, small weld width, small heat affected zone, small deformation and fast welding speed;
  • Large weld is flat and beautiful, no treatment is required or only simple treatment is required after welding;
  • Weld quality is high, no pores, the structure can be refined after welding, and the weld strength and toughness are at least equivalent to the parent metal;
  • It can be precisely controlled, the focused light spot is small, high-precision positioning can be achieved, and automation is easy to achieve.
 
Laser cutting machine
Laser cutting is achieved by applying high-power density energy generated after laser focusing.
 
Under the control of the computer, the laser is discharged by pulses, thereby outputting controlled repetitive high-frequency pulse lasers to form a beam of a certain frequency and a certain pulse width. The pulse laser beam is transmitted and reflected by the optical path and focused on the surface of the processed object through the focusing lens group, forming a fine, high-energy density spot. The spot diameter is generally 0.01~0.4mm. The focal spot is located near the surface to be processed, and the processed material is melted or gasified at an instant high temperature.
 
Features:
  • Equipped with a low-pressure coaxial air blowing system, convenient air nozzle replacement;
  • High cutting accuracy, fast speed, strong optical transmission stability, high-speed cutting without sawtooth, high production efficiency;
  • Equipped with a waste funnel to facilitate the collection and cleaning of waste;
  • Optional cutting head follow-up module, suitable for cutting of uneven plates or large processing range.
