Description:

The torch rotary circle welding machine is composed by main structure, torch rotary system, torch pressing & holding system, work piece jig, welding system, PLC control system, electric control system and so on. 

Torch rotary circle welding machine is integrated welding station using to weld circular components with high through-put. 

The series rotary torch welding machine are versatile and durable production equipment designed for a broad range parts, including tank-nipple for water heater tank, header of cylinders, tank-coupling and so on. 

Welding torch position can be adjusted manually.Torch is fixed, cylinder will rotate automatically.

Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right, dip angle, in order to meet the

welding requirements.

The torch rotary circle welding machine is using PLC control. User friendly touch screen operation. One touch full automatic welding procedure, suitable for large quantity production.

Except MIG welding, the welding method also could be TIG welding. Welding parameter could be set tailor made as per welding job requirement.
